• 19h00 : Cocktail, ice breaker and team formation  

Teams should be between 3 to 5 people with balanced skill set.  

Day 2 : Saturday 10/24/2015  

• 9h00 : Breakfast
• 9h30 : Workshop on rapid prototyping
• 10h00 : Start working on your idea and get challenged by mentors
• 12h00 : Lunch
• 13h00 : Work on your idea and get challenged by mentors
• 19h00 : Light dinner  

Day 3 : Sunday 10/25/2015  

• 9h00 : Breakfast 9h30 : Workshop on efficient pitching
• 10h00 : Start working on your pitch and get challenged by mentors
• 12h00 : Lunch
• 13h00 : Pitch practice
• 14h00 : Pitch time!
• 15h00: Jury announces the winners and hands out the prizes for the winning team followed by a cocktail  

The pitch will last 5 mins and will contain the following elements:

• Description of the problem
• Description of the solution
• Demo of the prototype of the mock-up
• Next steps

The jury will then have 5 mins to ask questions and will judge teams on:

• Originality of the idea
• Feasibility
• Adequacy with Gemalto business
• Quality of the prototype showed
• Team spirit
